I'm still using the C902 Titanium Silver since 2008... Waiting for an upgrade to the XPERIA T, as for the choice: both phones are good. But as a Bond fan, I would never think about something else if I'd have to choose between something "bondish" and the other thing ;P

You'll need to wait on the iPhone anyways. The iPhone 5 (6th gen) is due for announcement in September according to the rumors, October at the latest.
Since you are in for a wait on both, stick to the one you want most. As much as I love Bond, I achingly lust over the design of iPhone (iPhone 4 is my favorite tech hardware design ever. A solid, quality-feeling, slick, slim, glass block. Mmmm). I don't even use third party apps. I just plain like the design at default.

Xperia T is a good phone I'm sure. I would have preferred them to stick with something slimmer like the Xperia SX in black. However they need to market their flagship product so can't argue with their decision.

Was just in the Sony shop in Houston and the got the demo Xperia literally 2 minutes before. Linked to $89 or $99 when linked to AT&T 2 yr contract, or circa $499 to buy.
No pre-order yet, but should be out in 2 weeks time. Tablet, and Laptop, are branded Skyfall and on display too. Nice visual in store set up with the trailer blasting out as well. -{

In the movie, was the actual phone used by Bond silver? There was a shot, where there is visible the back of the XPERIA and it was white or silver, definitely not black... The whole limited edition is without sense for me because of this fact -.-

That's bloody confusing. I don't know which one to buy, the one that was used BY James Bond or the James Bond Limited Edition -.- It's like choosing between the limited edition Omega and the one used in the movie. Which one would you get?
