No chance. It's possible to write an app that will make that, but unfortunately I'm not a programmer ;/ Also this blue bar on the top of the screen is custom made. As always - movie doesn't mean reality unfortunately... It is similar however to the Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich because of the lock screen I guess. So after updating the XPERIA to the Jelly Bean any resemblance to the Skyfall version will be gone...

Thanks again for answering. I found something that came close on the Google Play market. It's an app called Handcent SMS that will allow a popup on the lockscreen and the popup itself is close from the one in Skyfall.

The Bond XPERIA T has a gunbarrel wallpaper preinstalled (but it's not an animation, so it's not a "sequence"). Try to look for it on google, it will pop up somewhero probablo.
