Third one in, he's wearing the same suit that he's seen running through London in, covered in dust (as well as the earpiece) so I'm guessing that's inside some Whitehall building or the likes?

The last one is class.

Sam Mendes next to the A82 road through Glencoe, so they've obviously been doing some scenic set pieces for the 'lodge' scene on location.
