Bond on bond bombed out, bummer :(

I'd pre-ordered RM's book, Bond on Bond, due to be released in October for the 50th celebrations, but received an email from amazon this morning telling me it's no longer available.

Anyone else got this or have any news on why it's been pulled?

I think it's a problem with Amazon, not the book. They have the book listed as available last month, which is already incorrect. I don't see any cause for concern.
