Watching one of those crazy drivers caught on camera last night on ITV
( Great show by the way) I couldn't understand why some drivers get charged
with dangerous or reckless driving, leading to 9 points or so on their licences
etc. Yet others, ( in equally bad accidents ) don't get charged at all. which leads
me to think this "Law" is open to a large variation, and depends on the police force
involved. To me at least it seems a little unfair.
