u're welcome ... you should be able to loacte all of them with a bit of patience, the ones u're looking for aren't the rarest ones .

US Pressbooks only went up to FYEO.

UK Campaign Books only went up to LTK - however, there were photocopied ringbound Marketing documents for GE, TND and TWINE. Not DAD.

And lastly, there was a landscape formatted printed Marketing Guide to CR, again nothing for QoS though.
