What James Bond films do you currently own?

In times past, I've owned every single movie (even NSNA) on VHS & CED. But I can't watch video tape due to its lack of clarity (got rid of the lot), and my Capacitance video disc player died long ago (I gave the discs away).
So, my present DVD collection consists of:

Dr. No
Goldfinger
Thunderball
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Diamonds Are Forever
Man With The Golden Gun
Spy Who Loved Me
Octopussy
Goldeneye
Tomorrow Never Dies
World Is Not Enough

So, what do YOU own, and who's going to chide me for not owning FRWL or CR? :))
Dalton & Connery rule. Brozz was cool.

I currently own all of the films. Bonds 1-20 on DVD and CR and QOS on Blu Ray. I have the Blu Ray box set pre-ordered so I will be getting that as soon as it's released. I will be keeping my DVDs though as I like the set.

I am also currently contemplating buying the Attache case Ultimate Editions set and also a complete set of VHSs for no other reason than I would like them on display with my ever growing Bond collection.

As an Old timer I've had them On vhs, Then wide screen vhs, DVD, then the Ultimate DVD collection
and have the Blu-ray Box set on Pre-Order.
I've kept the Older DVD set as I keep them in my Studio and have them playing in the Background
when working on the computer etc.
Also have the 67 Casino Royale and NSNA, But really only have them to complete the collection.

I have exactly the same collection as you, TP, except I skipped the widescreen VHS version. (And I kept all of mine.) Also have the Blu-ray set on pre-order. We must stop being in synch like this! It ruins the fun! :))

I do have my standards, admittedly not very high, But Kid Bro is a step too far. :))

I've got them all in a DVD box set up until DAD. Then I've got Cr and QOS on blueray. I don't have NSNA, but I don't dislike it - will probably pick it up someday. I've owned most of them on VHS, they're all still in my attic!

No interest in owning Never Say Never Again and Casino Royale 1967. I have all the others except Diamonds Are Forever on DVD. However, it is one of the four I have on VHS, the others being From Russia With Love, You Only Live Twice and The Spy Who Loved Me.

Recorded Casino Royale '67 yesterday on TV. I've actually only seen about ten minutes of it before so will have a look some time. It looks pretty rubbish though.

I have the DVD boxed set tin up to TWINE, which my lovely sister bought me.
I added DAD, CR and QoS, all on DVD as they were released.
I don't yet have a Blue Ray player.

I have them all on DVD accept for the '67 Casino Royale. One day I will upgrade to Blue Ray - probably in time for the next generation appliances to make that system void.
I tried to watch CR'67 again on TV at the weekend and while it has some interesting moments, and is clearly intended as a parody, it doesn't make me laugh. The presence of all those 'guest stars' also overbalances the film with people not acting but simply acting themselves. I felt very uncomfortable watching the forced humour. I'm not sure I ever want to own it.
I also don't have the fifties version of CR; I've never seen it for sale, although I understood it was available to download at one time. I have never seen this movie.

    Re: Casino Royale.....

I do own a DVD of the 1967 version. I also have a VHS copy of the 1954 one, but the end was missing. Still great to have it in the collection. I don't know if there was ever a DVD version knocking about. I love telling the CR story to friends who don't understand why CR was made again in 2006, and who don't even know there was a 1954 version!

I agree that CR (1967) is a car crash. I was waiting for years for a proper version to be made and I just adore CR(2006), by far my favourite Bond fil. of all time!

The normally reliable MI6 Bond site let me down, they had a Bond double bill on Saturday, with 67's Casino Royale followed by DAF! Now that's quite appropriate in many fans' eyes!

CR suffers from a very tedious first half hour, then goes quite bonkers. See Calvin Dyson's funny review on youtube...

Many years ago there was a 007 Magazine that covered both CR and NSNA, wish I'd got it. CR was a real Bonfire of the Vanities project, needs a book to tell the making of it, like The Devil's Candy.

Originally, I decided to get one film on DVD for each Bond Actor,

    Goldfinger,
    Moonraker,
    The Living Daylights,
    The World Is Not,
    Casino Royale.

Only OHMSS was missing, and I was on the verge of getting it, when a good mate
gave me the special eddition collectors set, inc QoS! Talk about instant upgrade!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

Casino Royale 1967 - absolutely one of the worst films ever made! EVER! (I have it in my collection, though.)

I have all the Special Edition DVD's, 2 disc DAD and 2 disc (wide screen) CR. I still need to add the QoS DVD. I like that the SE DVD's have the mono soundtracks for the earlier films as the UE had special 5.1 mixes. If the original is mono, then give me the original. Now, I understand that the Blu Ray box will have both mono mixes (where applicable) and 5.1 surround. Is that correct?

All of 'em, including the much-derided NSNA in its best form, on DVD. Won't be taking the Blu-Ray plunge anytime soon---at least, not until my lawyer (soon two lawyers) get paid... :#
