    Thank You!!! B-)

Michael Kaemen's LTK score is brilliant. Really captures the John Barry feel.

Sorry, I disagree completely. IMHO it's down there with the GE and FYEO scores as the poorest soundtracks.

Those are my least favourite soundtracks as well. The synth sound is a bit much for my ears.

LTK is Kamen's worst soundtrack ever. That said, it's not too bad. :)

The AVTAK score is good though. Shame about the Beach Boys song in the snowboarding scene in the PTS, really out of place for a Bond film.

The more I listen to "Skyfall" the more I like it, some great tracks.
even the music for the Train sequence "Take the Bloody shot "
    has the sound of the train tracks as part of it. Marvellous -{

Soundtrack wise..used to be OHMSS & YOLT & for a while Thunderball all on Vinyl... Now I Love Moonraker, LALD, OHMSS..after LD lost interests in the soundtracks (although I like the music as presented in the films) but not as stand alone listening that makes me see or feel things other than what was in the movie. I only disliked GE or at least most of it NSNA & QOS because the nonstop running punching and kicking there were no moments to develop themes.

My favourite Soundtrack would have to be Tomorrow Never Dies, it's so fantastic! But in close second would be The Living Daylights, and in third, probably [EDIT] On Her Majesty's Secret Service. I'm not a big fan of Goldeneye's score, but if you listen to this part right here, it's amazing: http://youtu.be/j_us6n5mnq8?t=4m46s

One of my favourite pieces of Bond music ever.

Oh, something to add. I think that if David Arnold ever retired, Michael Giacchino would make a great composer. He is currently doing the new Star Trek movie's soundtrack, so you may be a little bit iffy, but just listen to this soundtrack from my favourite game of all time, Medal of Honor: Frontline. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wq3eRXmboC4

A cool part about the game is that you're actually pretty much James Bond in World War 2. You're an OSS Agent sent to infiltrate Nazi plans, and such. The level where that song is taken from, Manor House Rally, is a very Bond-like sequence, where you sneak into a Nazi Party at a big Manor, in disguise, and then, when you're found out, you pretty much fight your way through the house with a silenced pistol. I remember playing it when I was about 6, and still think it's the best game.

I think the scores to all the Bond films are really good. However the scores that stick out to me the most(in no order) are:
    The Living Daylights
    Skyfall
    Casino Royale
    Goldfinger
    You Only Live Twice
    Quantum of Solcace
    On Her Majesty's Secret Service
    Licence To Kill
    Live and Let Die
    The Spy Who Loved Me
"When it gets up to your ankles, you're going to beg to tell me everything. When it gets up to your knees, you'll kiss my ass to kill you!"

    Top 10 best Bond films(imo):
    #1 CR, #2 SF, #3 GE, #4 GF, #5 LTK, #6 OHMSS, #7 TSWLM, #8 FYEO, #9 TB, #10 FRWL

    I have recently come to the conclusion that Thunderball is my favourite score. A shock as it's far from my favourite film, or even title song. But the score is just magnificent. It feels so intense and atmospheric -{

And... I don't care what anyone says, but I also love the Goldeneye score.

100% agree re the TB score, glad to see that you too appreciate its epic quality.
GE is at or near the bottom of my list, though the slower pieces aren't bad.

Indeed, TB's score is pure epicness!

Regarding GE, it's not my favourite of anything, but I do admire it for being different more than anything really.

I'm going to attempt the impossible, and try to rank order all the scores.... will post again once I've figured out my list!

My order of the scores. This was really hard. I love 1-11, and like 12-17.... 18 onwards gets dodgy for me though:

1 – TB – Intense, atmospheric, memorable, epic, full of character
2 – OHMSS – It really has to rank high. So much to like
3 – AVTAK – Not only do I love the film, but the score is also amazing. “He’s dangerous” just rules
4 – DAF – Gotta love Wint and Kidd’s theme. The score is great and feels unsettling in a brilliantly effective way
5 – LALD – Always adored this. Full of character. My favourite non-barry score
6 – TLD – Great stuff from barry
7 – GF – Mainly for that awesome Miami tune. Also, love the fort knox raid music
8 – GE – Underrated, different, full of character, atmospheric, nostalgic
9 – FRWL – Love the slower eerie-sounding SPECTRE bits. Great score
    10 – YOLT – Just because it’s 10th doesn’t mean I don’t love it. I do. A great all-rounder
11 – MR – Again I love the score. There are so many great scores in this series of films
12 – OP – Used to be higher. Kinda got tired of it, but it’s still a very decent score. I see it as similar to AVTAK’s, but just not as good
13 – LTK – Nothing wrong with this one, and refreshing really
14 – TMWTGG – Hit and miss. It’s ok overall. Has some great tunes, like "Hip’s Trip"
15 – SF – Not great. But I did like some tunes rather a lot. The shanghai music particularly. And the bond/eve shaving scene
16 – TSWLM – The themesong is AMAZING. But the score... nah. Some good bits though
17 – FYEO – Fair enough that people hate it. It is very different. It’s an acquired taste. I myself like it, but compared to most of the others...
18 – QOS – Honestly, from TND onwards they just never did it for me. But I do remember liking a few things about this one
19 – DAD – I can’t remember much about it. But I do remember more than TND, TWINE and CR
20 – DN – It wasn’t the best. But at least I remember it

These last three just never did it for me, and I can hardly remember them:
21 - CR - As I somewhat like the Vesper death music
22 - TWINE - Just not my cup of tea. Almost tied with TND, but if I had to pick, then TWINE is a tiny bit better
23 – TND - Again, just not my cup of tea
    1 - LALD, 2 - AVTAK, 3 - LTK, 4 - OP, 5 - NTTD, 6 - FYEO, 7 - SF, 8 - DN, 9 - DAF, 10 - TSWLM, 11 - OHMSS, 12 - TMWTGG, 13 - GE, 14 - MR, 15 - TLD, 16 - YOLT, 17 - GF, 18 - DAD, 19 - TWINE, 20 - SP, 21 - TND, 22 - FRWL, 23 - TB, 24 - CR, 25 - QOS

    1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby

-{ Absolutely. I love 'Bond on Kobe Docks' and Barry's instrumentation of 'We have all the time in the world.' What are your fave tracks, BL?
Been listening to the FRWL soundtrack, lots of hidden gems there such as '007 takes the lektor' and 'Bond and Tania'.
Oh and I love FYEO soundtrack a lot. (A drive in the country is so good, i swear i find myself humming that atleast a dozen times a day). I understand that the soundtracm is not everyone's cup of tea, but i like it cause its so different

In order of film release, the best scores for me are YOLT, LALD, TSWLM, FYEO, AVTAK, LTK, TND, and DAD.

Honourable mentions - because they have a few awesome tracks - OHMSS and SF.

Weakest for me are Spectre, only because it's a lot of the same from Skyfall, and NSNA - which I think is dreadful.
