    I don't think Napoleon III was on St Helena or Elba. You must be thinking of the first Napoleon. Napoleon III was in England, but I don't know where.

    Are you in savoy? I'm pretty sure napoleon the third lived in Chislehurst in England but not sure if he was exiled here? He did die here though I think??
