Ok, well once you know whether you are going to expand or contract then let me know, I will try on mine Monday and will know then whether in need a medium
How would I figure out sizing for this jacket? Is there another barbour jacket easily found that I can try on that'll be very very similar measurements?
I ordered from goodstead and they charged the card after the order was placed, i assume kafka does the same.

Kafka's now done w/ pre-orders for mediums. I told my store in NYC to put me on their call list when they have them back in stock, but how are my odds on that with this extensive pre-order activity?
Guys know of any other place I could track one down?

Called David Wood and effectively got the same answer as I did at Madison Ave. NY before the movie was out: "Don't have but we'll take down your first name and number and give you a call if we get some more shipment."

I realize, was just responding to ashwinsuresh1 who was asking. BTW I was told by Barbour North America that they will get more stateside mid to late January and retail is $799.
Just for those who missed out I will have a couple of extra medium and large Barbour jacket! I order them from a couple of places to make sure I get them

[Hi There. Do you ship to Norway? i might be interrested in a jecket in size M. Not sure if I need L, but do not want a baggy jacket. I`m 185 cm hight and slim waist (32-33) with a bit broader shoulders. From other pictures it looks like the arms are very long so M might be best. I am aware of the Japanese sizing but Im used to more fitted scandinavian and Italian clothing so I think it would be fine. Please reply to my request!

Yeah was only the USA site, and was probably only up for an hour or two before they sold out.

Hi, received my large, sizing is spot on (39 chest, 6ft and 175lbs), so wont be needing to go to a medium.
