Me analyzing James Bond movies in self made video's.

I just thought I'd share this with some fellow James Bond fans!

I run a channel on Youtube with a descent community of subscribers behind it. (About 1200 + people) I am mainly known on youtube for doing video walkthroughs with commentary on video games... (The Grand Theft Auto franchise.)

But however, very recently I decided to throw something different into the mix, and start a little side project on my youtube channel, involving of course - James Bond. I decided to make episodes of each James Bond film and share my thoughts on each movie with the internet. So in every episode, I cover a little bit of history that went on before the production of each movie, then go over the movie in a somewhat in depth matter, and finally in the end of each episode, I share my final opinion.

Each episode is about 25/ 30 minutes long. Keep in mind that I have a Dutch accent, so by know means do I pronounce everything perfectly, and of course, I am mainly used to just do commentary on video games instead of making video's like this, so its all a little bit experimental as well. So, I hope to make the expierence of watching my videos more and more enjoyable with each episode.

I only started this project this month... So far I have covered the first three movies. There's a lot of time and energy in each of these video's, so you could give them a look

NOTE: Youtube gave me a visual copyright issue with the FRWL and GF episodes, causing a world wide block. So, I had to slightly change the visuals of those movies (I adjusted the lighting) to make youtube except the episodes without any copyright issues, so keep in mind that those two episodes look slightly different then the original movies.

Give them a watch, the video's haven't been up that long yet, and my channel mainly has an audience that likes the Grand Theft Auto video games, so they are not really "hardcore" Bond fans. But eventually I hope real Bond fans might catch on as well

Very nice and informing videos! It is always nice to hear someone's point of view on a 007 movie. I like the montages of the movies as well. I hope you'll keep it up for the rest of the films because too often you see someone start with something like this (or a podcast etc.) and quit after a few episodes.

Yeah that tends to happen a lot... Although I think I will be able to keep the motivation going and eventually finish this project! I have also finished several other (video game) projects on my channel, and although sometimes I tend to take a break, I always end up finishing them... So you can pretty much expect to see this project getting finished over time!

And I am very glad you enjoyed them as well! - I'm sure there will be some episodes coming up were lots of people or going to dissagree with my opinion, but then again, that's the beauty of the Bond franchise

For those of you intrested in my newest episode's, here's my opinion on Thunderball and You Only Live Twice as well. - My OHMSS one will proberbly get the most critque out of all of them, once that one is finished. As my opinion on that one tends to differ a lot from the main norm...

I really hope you will make a review of OHMSS and the later movies too. I think the length of your reviews is about perfect for a movie review. Long enough to add some background information but not as long as some reviews where the review actually takes longer than the movie and every scene is analysed in detail. Maybe making this series into an audio only podcast as well would add some listeners. I like listening to podcasts while commuting to and from work so you'd have one listener from the start .

Great to hear these kind reactions, I am glad you guys enjoy the series, as a lot of work goes into each of them.
I am still busy working on the OHMSS episode, I am about halfway through right now...

The reason it is taking so long is because I'm very busy at the moment in my private life, my new education takes a high priority at the moment. I do have time to work on the episode again today, and I will try and get it uploaded soon! - I will post a link in this thread as well!

I've been very busy in my private life with things that just take a higher priority, but I did find the time this weekend to finally finish the OHMSS episode! It's been a hassle to get this online again. As Youtube got me into copyright issues again, even though I already made some visual adjustments... I slightly changed it once again, and after three tries, it somehow got accepted!

I hope you guys will enjoy this one, as (comparred to the first five episodes) I am a lot more negative about this one. And I know that generally this is a movie that gets praised by Bond fans a lot.
