The only interesting thing is that the same 2 ties are labeled Bond at Selfridges and Harrods...
The James Bond Tom Ford suit is incorrect too. It sounds more like Tom Ford is selling Bond-esque items that are similar to what is worn in the film, even though they aren't actually Bond items. It's not the first time I've seen something like this done. I'm sure what they write on the labels is from Tom Ford since they are both the same.
I passed by Harrods a few days ago and bought the ties, I will say that these are very very nice ties, but they do appear to be variations of the one's shown on screen. I hope the pics below assist in confirming if they are the screen versions or not, enjoy:

They are very nice ties but definitely not the 3 we've seen from the film so far. We'll have to wait for the movie to come out before anyone can say for sure if they are in the film.
Just had an email from my main contact, Emanuele, at Tom Ford in Milan, and he has sent a photo of all the ties he says are associated with Skyfall. However, our usual suspects are still there, as well, so these could be the ties that TF sent to be considered, not necessarily ones that made the final cut, as it were...Still chasing him on the PTS and 3 colour/Blue London Ties.
Interesting, the PTS tie (DC on a motorbike) is clearly not amongst them.
Is the blue one there???
Something strange going on here!!
Is there a chance they didn't use Tom Ford in the end for ties (e.g. they were sent them but not used??)
I'm still sure that they're TF. On the first page I posted a link to a picture I took of a TF tie that appears to have the same pattern as the PTS tie, although the wrong color. It certainly is strange, though.

Same pattern but the main dots look smaller, I count twice as many across the tie from DCs
Whilst checking out the lots at Christie's today, I got my hands on the actual tie we've been hunting for. It has the same pattern as the PTS tie, but in blue. Even checked out the back of it, but no Tom Ford label (not surprising, really, as a screen-used special), but did have a label saying Made in Italy, in true TF style:
Once you see the tie up close it looks like an imitation grenadine silk, but one that's very well done and just as interesting as real grenadine silk like Connery wore.
That picture is from the auction. The blue and brown makes sense now, since there are specs of blue and brown in the charcoal suit. Connery would have just worn a solid blue tie with that.
the PTS tie looks great in blue. i honestly thought it was a grenadine silk tie when i saw it in still images. good to know it is just the same tie being re-used but in different colors. maybe if tom ford doesnt release this tie then magnoli will replicate it but in the blue color.
These ties would not pass off as alternative "skyfall" budget ties. For one these are to imitate grenadine silk ties. (it's funny you post these bc I own these particular grenafaux ties from the tie bar) these are a great alternative for the Connery era ties but the pattern just isn't the same for the skyfall PTS tie. Patterns are night and day different. If you want an alternative go here.
silver/black (PTS)
grey/blue (underground chase - in the auction)
blue (with overcoat on top of roof and when he meets Q)
blue/grey/black (with check suit - first visit to Skyfall?)
bow tie
Ohhh grosgrain. Wonder if they sell grosgrain bow ties at Sam hober. Will have to look into it. Matt! I noticed the tuxedo pic that bond's shirt doesn't have a hidden placket, would that be considered informal for a tuxedo?

The tie he wears with the glencheck suit is the same, like the one he wears when meeting q.
So only 4 ties been identified.

The bowtie is grosgrain or faille. It's most definitely not corduroy, which would be a very casual bow tie.
The Skyfall dress shirt has a pique bib without a placket. That's the most formal style and is worn with studs. The other traditional style is what Connery and Moore wore, and that's a placket and pleats (or in hotter climates without pleats) with regular mother of pearl buttons. It's a bit less formal but equally correct. Either style can also have a fly front with hidden buttons, but that's less traditional.

But I bought exactly the shirt he wears with the tuxedo.
And just to set the record straight, the Turnbull & Asser Tie from TWINE is def Blue with Brown/Bronze detailing:
