hey everyone, I'm new to ajb. I could not have been more happy to come across this site! I was intrigued by this shirt when I first saw it in the movie. It would be a dream and possibly once in a lifetime opportunity to get an out of production shirt! Anything reasonable, under about $ 100 is no problem. Even 2 I would consider, (1 for display, 1 for semi formal attire).

Well I might be alone in this, but there has to be a sense of realism in what I'd pay for a Zara shirt, especially when you think what it cost originally. I struggle to believe that it's now worth about 6 x it's original price.

I don't. I'm only o 22 year old student, I don't have that amount of money, but I would like to of course! Because it's not about the quality or something, we had this discussion here before and I don't feel like arguing about it again. I had my own Zara shirt but eventually gave it up to one of the ajb007 members.
As for the crazy price: well, if you're so smart, than try to find one on your own. It's not the quality that makes it so damn expensive, it's the fact that it's rare as a rocking horse crap and, well, it was used by James Bond. For me and a hell lot of other members - fair reasons. I would give 500 dollars for the 306 Sta Prest in 34x34 if there were any left, but I don't think so! And I don't have so much money at this moment of course

IMHO your answer to pm's shouldn't be "what's your best offer?" it should be "the price is" that price being the cost

It's certainly a nice shirt and the Bond connection obviously raises its value to us Bond clothing fanatics, but wearing a simple shirt doesn't morph you into looking like Daniel Craig )

I only ask that question when somebody is asking for the Zara shirt The reason is quite simple, there is always someone waiting for one. When I have a situation, when like 4 or 5 people want the same thing and all 4 are asking me to find one for them, what can I do. Right, I should sell it to the guy who offers the smaller amount because this is how the market works, right? Normally I should sell it to the person that asked first, but you're forgetting the simple fact that members are in different time zones and when I'm posting an info that I found another one, US guys can still sleep or be at work, depends on the time. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. I don't want to argue about it anymore. Most of the guys here don't have a problem with it and they know that it's not my intention to make a big business here, when I found the first shirt I did not have even a chance to post my own price for it because so many members where already posting their own offers and it hasn't changed very much since then.

Because I bought the silver XPERIA T instead of it for the money from the shirt I'm also a big Bond fan, but a new phone was more important for me at the time. And well, you're right. I'm a little pissed off today because of some private, "heart" problems so that's why I'm so unpleasant... Sorry.

I sold one shirt, yes, FOR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS because the simple fact is - I didn't wanted to give it away. Finally the buyer gave a price so high that I could buy another Skyfall related item so I decided to sell it. I'm tired of your complains about me being a "bad guy" selling worthless shirts for Aston Martin prices, if you don't like it, firstly: don't buy it, secondly: stop writing about it. How the hell I already found 5, respected ajb007 members (or better saying they found me) who won the shirts mostly in tough biddings? It's just something I hate, you're writing that I'm making harm to ajb007, let's make it clear: through about 3 years on this board I managed to do many thinks for this forum, one wallpaper is even on jamesbondlifestyle.com that I made I believe. Please - do SOMETHING for this board you will consider as GOOD. Anything. After that let me know. Because you're behaving like a standard citizen criticizing politicians when one has no knowledge about how to rule a country. And just to help - posting eBay links is hardly helping because anyone can open that site and find something.
