From the film, outside and inside the pipeline, respectively:
It's definitely the same tie in and out of the pipeline. The colours appear to be a dark, warm blue and light brown. So it's the same colours as the Bilbao tie.
I actually rewatched TWINE on BluRay this afternoon, while doing my ironing (yes, I have no life). You wouldn't have thought this tie would work with a sharkskin suit... but it does!
I have a feeling that my Turnbull and Asser tie that I believe/believed was the 'Pipeline Tie' is the tie in the Dorling Kindersley book. However, this Herbie Frogg tie is subtly different.
Anyway, I'll take some photos over Christmas and post them.
Rewatching TWINE reminded me that I do still have the T&A shirts, both pairs of Dunhill cufflinks and the Church's 'Presley' shoes from this film.
PS: WelshBoy... got your e-mail. Will reply tomorrow!

The tie in the book looks like the same one as in the film. It's dark blue with double tick marks in light brown, alternating directions. It makes me think that the suit in Azerbaijan is actually blue and brown, not grey. You get a grey colour when the right blue and brown are mixed.
I'm afraid that no, I don't know what T&A call the TWINE collar. From what I remember the TWINE collar is slightly more cutaway than the standard collar shape used on T&A's ready made shirts. So the name might simply be something as mundane as 'semi-cutaway'.
My ready made T&A shirts have a shape like that in TND and my bespoke shirts have the TWINE shape, which is more cutaway. Again, I can post photos over Christmas to emphasise the difference.
Matt S? Welshboy? Any additional thoughts or information you can offer?
The TND collar is not their classic collar, which is on almost all of their ready to wear shirts. If the TND and TWINE collars aren't designed for Bond but just picked from their selection of collars, the TND looks closest to the "Charles" and the TWINE looks closest to the "Regent," but maybe the points are shorter. I'd assume the collars in both films were designed for Bronsan. The "Regent" collar is also available ready to wear in select cloths. I never bothered to ask Turnbull & Asser which collars Brosnan wore since if I were to bespeak a shirt I'd get the collar that works best for my face.
