The first time your jaw LITERALLY dropped during a Bond movie?

I think my first Bond experience was Goldfinger on TV, heavily edited, of course. Oddjob killing Tilly nearly did it, but not quite. Next up was DAF in the theatre, I liked it a lot, but no real Jaw-drop there.
Then (I was 13 by now) I saw a Bond triple feature in the theatre (DN, FRWL, GF), and in Dr. No, when Bond said "You've had your six" and then SHOOTS the dude, and then AGAIN after he's down, well, THAT was my first serious jaw drop. Mouth totally open. :))

Can you remember what YOURS was? B-)
Dalton & Connery rule. Brozz was cool.

Never. To be honest, I find the Bond films too safe and conservative to have any real jaw dropping moments. And I'm not sure my jaw has ever "literally" dropped from anything.

There are some moments that you say to yourself "Only in a Bond Film "
I remember watching Moonraker's PTS, thinking how do they come up
    with these stunts. :D

No, especially since it was probably my mother.

Seriously, do people's jaws ever literally drop? I've seen people open their mouth slightly when shocked or surprised, but that's about it. Based on my experience, I tend to think literal jaw drops are confined to cartoons or as a result of being punched really hard.

I was nine when DAF came out, and I went to see it on the big screen. Bond riding on top of the exterior elevator, then using a cable to mountaineer his way into the top floor of the Whyte House, fired my young imagination. I became a Bond fan for life. So yes, I would say that my nine year-old jaw dropped at that moment.

Probably the MOONRAKER opening sequence for me. For a ten year old the freefall stunt was amazing.

    Literally? Never.

Figuratively? Probably when Bond goes into space in Moonraker, and again when they actually start firing lasers.

Not LITERALLY jaw dropping but definitely a big WOW! that more than just about anything (except Roger :D ) converted me into a Bond fan. Practically the whole speedboat chase in Live And Let Die blew me away, especially the moment where the boats crossed the road at speed right in front of the police cars causing them to crash. I was around twelve years old at the time and had never seen anything like it.

More shock for me that they even put these scenes in a Bond movie.

Die Another Day opening and big surfing scenes. Also, Halle Berry's character shooting the doctor. When Bond or any hero for that matter kills. Usually they are attacked first. Jinx has some line about appreciating artists when they are dead and shoots the guy cold. I don't think Bond himself has ever had a more cold killing.

Quantum of Solace. The elevator scene straight from Die Hard 3 and the Moonraker rip off parachute scene.

Definitely, the PTS in Moonraker, The freefall. It´s still one of the best stunts in the series. I think I was like 12 when I saw it.
