Heineken Russian Hat

I dont know if anyone has seen the Heineken advert with Daniel Craig (he's wearing the Tom Ford overcoat from QoS in it) but I really like the hat he is wearing, especially as it seems to cover the ears as well.

Does anyone know what type of hat this is called or where to get one?
