New 50th Anniversary Golden Gun (No not that one)

http://www.goldgenie.com/-p-780.html

Very intruiging, especially as the price given is in pounds and semi auto handguns are a def no no in UK. Anybody have any thoughts on this? ?:)

my guess is it's an airsoft replica gold plated.

by plating it gold, i'm assuming this negates the VCRA act as it's no longer a RIF?

overpriced tat from where i'm sitting.

Fully agree Jeff WRT overpriced tat category. I notice that they're not using any logos or trade marks just wording so probably won't trigger a "cease and desist". Just had look around the site and it's the guy who was on Dragon's Den in 2007. They are basically charging £1000 to plate an iPad .... as you said Jeff, overpriced bling and tat :))

Found this whilst looking for the ltd edition 007 frangrance in the gold bottle, found it, it's just been added to the corner shop site. Unfortunately that meant I had to order it as well :#

If that's a Beretta its recent, and 007s favourite Berettas were 1950s style, although I recall he used a Taurus model in LTK - as well as Miss Bouviers dinky little one in the same film.
