"License To Kill" VHS featurette

Back in the early 90s, I saw the "License to Kill" movie on a VHS tape and before the beginning of the movie there was a great featurette with fragments from all previous Bond movies with "License to Kill" theme song played in the background. I've tried to track it for a long time with no success. Had anyone else see it?

Could it have been an advert for the then current issues of tapes? My copy is out of reach at the moment, but I seem to recall something like that on one version of the tapes.
