This isn't so budget, but it looks like a high quality sweater and is a bit less expensive than the N.Peal original. It's also merino Wool instead of cashmere, of course.
I found a couple of alternatives to the Skyfall Lodge Jumper, the Joules Ellerby from Joules and the Lacoste Blue Crew Knit currently selling in JD Sports. First seems closer to N-Peal like for like but the latter looks closer to the on screen colour.
I took someone's earlier advice and looked on the Kohl's site for serious budget cords and just ordered the Sonoma life + style Straight-Fit Corduroy Pants in the chocolate torte color. Browsing around various sites, I've found that colors named after deserts are the way to go for this budget alternative, and the richer the desert the better the match.

For those of you looking for cheap cords to then dye to a SA color, I just picked up a pair of cords from the New York branch of the Japanese store Muji while I was visiting last week. The color is wrong (a light beige) but they're a skinny fit and they were on super 70% discount because they're from the winter line, so they would be a good cheap alternative to try to dye. I know there are lots of Muji shops in the UK, at least in London, so maybe they've got some? Otherwise you could ring up the Muji in New York, it's the SoHo branch on Broadway, and see if they have any left. I bought them in Medium, which is roughly a 32 waist, and they came to under $20. I saw these same cords at the San Francisco branch but they disappeared right after they went on deep discount after Christmas, so I was very happy to see them at the New York shop.
Disclaimer: I'm not going to try to dye these myself, I don't think, so I can't advise on that part of the equation.
For Lodge Boots try Loake Litchfields in Dark Brown - coming to end of line so usually in Sales. I bagged a pair in Debenhams in Store RRP £210, sale price was £100 bagged them for £80 with a 20% voucher code! Even have Dainite soles.
Also check out the Loake Kempton same deal on the sole and match the black Istanbul boots worn by DC in Skyfall with his light grey sharkskin suit (and go for the same in brown suede as an alternative to Ryders for QOS brown suede boots on my 3rd pair now).
Might save you some cash
Cheers

It bugged me too, but when trying them on I reolized you don't see the zipper at all.
P.S. they are very comfortable as well. -{
Haha...If you looked, you would absolutely see that zipper, but most people won't look at your shoes. That's a nice alternative. If I wanted budget boots, I wouldn't mind the zipper.

They have been mentioned here before.. but I recently bought the Johnston & Murphy Hattington boots... these are a great alternative as most of the recommended alternatives here have a smooth finish to them.. whereas the screen used boots have a textured finish.. as does the J&M.. plus they are seriously the most comfortable boots I own.. aside from my Alden Indy 405 boots.. ( and the J&M boots are even more comfy at less than half the Aldens in price.. my local J&M outlet had them at the same sale price as their site :
Friends, not sure if anyone had spotted these, a good alt. for the training shoes, on sale at Target. Picked a pair up and they are comfortable enough to run in.

Thanks for the tip. I had to visit three different Targets (not so hard, they're all over the place in the Bay Area) to find my size, but I finally got them. As I was trying them on it occurred to me that the Lodge outfit is really the only one I'm trying to replicate, but what they heck, these shoes cost $9. Of course I did some other shopping while I was there.

I was able to use a store locator for the shoes to find a pair in stock.

Hey, I'm not a TOTAL idiot. I used the store locator too. After visiting two stores where they were supposed to be in stock but weren't, I wised up and phoned ahead to store #3 and had a clerk find and hold a pair for me. I will now make sure to get at least $9 of value out of them, just not with the Lodge outfit.

Here is the Barbour Lodge jacket with the Pringle sweater, ordered from the Edinburgh Mill Works, and the Sonoma Life + Style cords in chocolate torte, ordered from Kohl's and also findable on ebay:

EWM, that's what I meant! It is a very good alternative, but I think my "model" stretched out the neck hole a little.
I found another alternative for the pants. I bought a pair of Analog AG 5 Pocket skinny jeans in Mudslide Brown color. Good slim fit and a good color brown.

Literary Bond abhored laces, so these are more accurate to what Bond would wear

Where do you choose the size? I can't find that anywhere n
I wouldn't bother, the general consensus is that this is a fake site, so not even worth risking it.

Glad to see the EWM jumper proving popular
