i would try to wash it with a navy garment 1st as it would only need
a small dose of navy for it to go sky blue ,i once left a sock (red) from my rugby kit
in the wash once and we all ended up with pink clothes
Agreed, best I've seen so far as I've been searching for a cheap alternative. Placed my order and will load pics and thoughts once I get it. Still jealous of the TF one that someone on here has.

There are a few different replica Menlos on ebay, I wonder if they are different buyers sourcing them from the same place? I heard good things about Boutique England's version from members on this site, I wonder how the others are?
So I bought this tie online for £8 this week as an alternative to the famous blue tri-weave TF tie. The weave colours are black, navy and blue, so slightly different to the original which was black, grey and blue.
When I received the tie, I was surprised. It's actually not bad and a really nice colour. Up close it doesn't look like the TF one, but from a distance it has a similar electric blue colour and texture. So I'm quite happy especially for the price.

So I'm a huge made in America shoe guy. I buy all of dress shoes from Allen Edmonds. I just got in the AE Dalton boot in chocolate brown and they are fantastic! The best AE shoe I own to date. The tread is a double leather dole, so not as aggressive as the CJ boot, but since I wear a suit to work six days a week, these fit my usage better. And they still look great with jeans or chinos or brown cords of course. They are a little darker in real life than in the pic. And for the budget portion, they run from $350-$400 though if you are military like myself you can get them about $300.
I picked up one of these Marshalls shirt here in Maryland last week - $14.99. It’s a great shirt, although I’ve been calling round to find one in size small that might fit better and haven’t been able to find one, or an online source for them.

I bought the Daltons in grey calf when they had them on sale. I hate them. Stiff as hell leather, noisy, they scuff just looking at them. I must say that AE's quality has been sucking lately. My last pair of Fifth Avenues we're also defective and AE had to send a replacement (sole detached 2 months in)
I bought the J&M boots, absolutely love them and half the price of AE
</end rant>

Man, sorry to hear that! My Dalton's were stiff at first but now are good to go. I haven't noticed any abnormal scuffing or quality issues. This is my fourth different pair of AE shoes.

Yup... I picked up the J&M boots as well... honestly the most comfortable boots I own... seriously soft right out of the box... want to pick up their black ankle boot that looks the part for the Istanbul boot as well... there is a J&M outlet right by our Internal Affairs office (of all places)... tried those on a few weeks ago and the were the same in that they are ridiculously comfortable from the start.. no breaking in required..
So I've been looking round for one of those Marshalls/PD&C Skyfall shirts in size small, as the medium fits, but isn't fitted, if you know what I mean. I called a lot of stores, and none had this, so I wonder if medium was the smallest size made. But it is a great alternative, so much so I wonder if it wasn't essentially a knock-off of the original Zara.
Tip they are doing a deal for 4 for £100 so if want say 2 you buy 4 (2 in one size two in another) and sent 2 back then they are only £25 each :007)
(but I never told you that!)
Below are bang on trend as well and give same effect
Any feedback on MTM suit shops like Indochino and A Suit That Fits? Using their customizations one can get the details pretty close to those on the Skyfall suits (slanted pockets, surgeon's cuffs, side tabs, etc.) How would you compare them to Magnoli's stuff? Looking to hear your experiences with any or all of these outlets.
I've gotten a couple of suits from Indochino. Their quality is so-so. Their details and construction are better than some (the button cuffs, the linings, pocket arrangements) but their materials could be better. In tailoring its always you get what you pay for. If you can accomplish pinpoint accuracy with your measurements and nail down a perfect fit, then they will look fine. I will say that I'm intimately acquainted with Tom Ford suiting now so that does dim down the quality of everything else...
I've had about two months now and I love it! Keeping perfect time, and I haven't been extremely gentle with it, it holds up great! I haven't submerged it yet, but I'll probably work up the courage to do it sometime!.
Gentelmen, i happened upon these while looking for some new shoes for myself to go with my suit. a possibly alternative for the Crockett and Jones Tetbury

I think you are right. Actually I was going to get the Fred Perry (no3) when I saw it in store until I bought the Ben Sherman I posted earlier.
Cheers

I may try to dye the white one to get it closer. What dye color would be good?

nice sweater, did you remove the placket inside the jacket?
Good one

These last two use the same photos so they're obviously the same, but I wonder if they're both from BE? Then here's a real vintage find:
