Hi guys, long time since I posted, but oh, I want to get some Skyfall clothes. However, I remain a relatively broke student. I can get the Lodge jumper and pants easily enough with alternatives like H&M, but is there a consensus on an under $100 Barbour jacket alternative?

Have had a few Howick items over the years and have been impressed with the quality of their wool. I haven't got this particular item yet but with House of Fraser doing it at £32 atm it's a bit of a steal. Let me know what you think.
What I wanted to flag up is that IT'S ON SALE!! 30% OFF. So now it's £42 !!!! But only IN STORE. Of all the alternatives for the coat found, it's probably the closest to the Billy Reid coat in my opinion. I purchased two; one for me and one for my brother. I told a friend of mine, Richard (who appears as Bond in a music video I directed: http://www.chrisstonefilms.com/portfoliorebel.html ), and he has just dashed out to the Newcastle Upon Tyne store and bought one for himself. I sent him a link to the forum so he could have a look and join. Five minutes later, I get a call back and he has only gone and found the 'Enjoying Death' shirt in H & M and picked up one for himself and one for me.
The store I visited for my coat was the Derby H & M. It's on the second floor of the Westfields shopping centre. They had a few coats left in stock.
Richard got his coat and the 'Enjoying Death' shirts from the Newcastle Upon Tyne H&M.
Also, before I forget... Don't bother ringing head office. You're best ringing the individual stores and being very patient. I rang the Manchester Trafford Centre store and was fobbed off and told it was an online exclusive!
So far my 'budget' SKYFALL collection consists of:

and type in Vintage Horsehide Jacket,, theres loads, specialy in the states, and aged well

Down to £25 now? Absolute bargain!
On ASOS there is a brown leather jacket down to £75.
Mine arrived today. It looks great with the H&M shirt.
It's not accurate to his jacket in Skyfall but does looklike his from the Casino Royale
Miami sequence. I'm very happy with it. £75 for real leather as well!

Just purchased the H&M peacoat tonight at 50% off (caught me by surprise!). I too was thinking of having leather added to mine. I'd love to see some pictures of your completed coat!
I'm now conflicted about the boots. I was planning on getting the JCPenny Stafford Camlin boots but the pair by Steve Madden, though twice the price, are very nice...and closer to the C&J in color.
i just bought a Banana Republic black v-neck merino wool jumper size Medium for $17.00 and it is perfect for a budget alternative. found it on Ebay! not too fond of the COS tie, so i will just go with my imitation grenadine tie i bought from the tie bar. it fits the part enough for me. now just need to find some great shark skin trousers to fit the part and i'm set!

I bought small as they come up slightly bigger, fits perfectly for fitted look, I am usually medium in most sweaters, 6ft, 39inch chest.
