#3 Does he wear clothes well?
#4 Is the thesbian thing there?
#5 Is he true to the fleming novels in character overall?

Connery: YYYYY* 5
Lazenby: YYYNY 4
Moore: NYYYN 3
Dalton: YYYYY 5
Brosnan: YYYYN 4
Craig: YYYYY 5

Okay, that's it then. Connery Dalton & Craig are tops by this reckoning.
What say you?

* In the earlier films at least.

I'd agree with all that. My only problem is not having read many of the books I can't make a proper analyis re. point 5.

I pretty much agree with all of this, except on George Lazenby I'd say this:
