Not everyone sh*ts themselves when they die. Depends if they have eaten recently and if they had (you know) since. Maybe Jill popped to the bog before slipping on that blue shirt. (Maybe that's where she found it)

As far as I know On Death the Sphincter muscle relaxes and so we Void our Bowels.
Not something a family film would show. In the same way many violent deaths lead to
the " Dead Body " shaking and moving violently as the brain fires of many random
signals to the nervous system.
The old wives tale about the Hair and Nails still growing after Death, aren't true as it's
the skin shrinking as the Body is cold. ( One of the things that lead to the Vampire Myth ).
You also don't see the discolouration of the skin were the Blood has gathered as the Body
lies where it fell.
Lastly the Bacteria in our stomaches which breaks down our food. Is the same That breaks
down our own Bodies after death.
I'd simply put it down to family viewing, Just like as Jaws Bites the neck off people But there
is NO Blood.

To wrap up this rather disturbing thread, Jill Masterton was knocked out, just like Bond. When she was knocked out she was painted Gold. So she wouldn't wake up at all. (Though I'm guessing she was already nude, so...yeah)
