I got The Ice Glass from a guy selling various original screen used and replica
props at a Collectors & Memorabilia event a few years back - He said it was set
used ( BUT I KNEW IT WASN'T ) but since he was selling it loose and with no paper
work, I just bought it for display etc alongside some of my Brosnan related collectibles
And I thought If he knew anything about screen used props and the legality's of selling
such pieces - He would not be selling something like that at a public event - Due to it
technically still being owned by the studio :)) :)) Like I say I knew straight away it
wasn't screen used and due to how its made and the overall feel of it.

SORRY I have mocked up the Preview as if its screen used - Didn't mean to
do that ( This wouldn't have been how it was worded once up for auction )
I just put together pretty Quickly the previews last night, for this week

Thanks for pointing the Error out Pete... Appreciated :007)

    Sure no probs Kan.

Ya know when a bull eats stuff and it comes out the other end? That stuff.

I wish Micky all the best with his auction.

What started out as a simple enquiry by me into one of the lots has spiralled from an overly defensive reply to some daft kiddy insinuation that I follow pete constantly around these forums, which is all a bit stupid really. I'm not Pete's bum chum, he's my friend and a very genuine guy.

All I was wanting to know was the authenticity of one if the lots, not as I wanted to 'catch him out' or 'show him up', but cos I was just curious.

Hence the daft response I get is, in my book anyway, bullshit.

    Toodles,

Minigeff - I hope you have not taken my reply as an insinuation

I did not or even mean to imply you are, term you use ''bum chums''
with Pete ( Danjaq ) far from it, that was not my intention - I
genuinely get posts from you guys mixed up on here occasionally
I always associated you with your old Icon / profile photo and I
think Pete has changed his to a new one to.... I am not on here as
often and like I say it was a genuine mix up.

Regarding you guys posting up on here on each others posts - Thats
what a forums about and again I was not making any sort of dig or
innuendo at all. You guys are pretty key in the Collecting and Props
Sector on this site... much like people I know from Horror Film Collecting,
Spy-Fi and Sci-Fi film props forums - a few who post up and comment on
each others stuff - Doesn't mean they are each others lap dogs or ''Yes Men''

I can only apologize if my reply sounded like some sort of childish pud or
statement - like I say it was not my aim or intention
Bond Collectors' Weekends: Are you running the auction through
Facebook, your site or eBay or...? Thanks.

the interest and offers for items are currently running on here via messaging
and Facebook if you want to add me / my page etc to declare interest on items
But I plan to kick off the auctions tomorrow on eBay, Thanks will post up Link
once they are all up and running

    of it is collected stuff

I am always happy to hear you refer to my stuff as Art - I will need to
send you VIP invitation when I open my gallery next year :007) you
can either be a guard sitting with 10 golden guns to take out any
potential cat burglars..... or you can be the museum curator since you
feel the art more than anyone :) :))

Thanks Ed appreciate the Kind Comments :) I know you are a big
animal guy too ''The Ace Ventura'' of The Bond props Circle :007)

I was going to post up some photos of the cats and dogs etc some
from the charities site and our old dog and our new cat which were
rescues from their - But I didn't want it getting side tracked away from
the actual listings etc ..... and you have to remember not everyone is
an animal / pet lover - so that element may not appeal to everyone and
that's fair enough. Thats why I didn't want to go down the sponsorship
and officially ''linked'' charity, fund raising auction route

Minigeff - you should have been writing Bond one liners at Pinewood in the
    60s - 70s and 80s ... and after Dalton back for Brosnan's films in the 90s :))
