Small question about Live and let die

Hi

I would to know if you can answer me about the book "Live and let die". I have already read the book "Casinò Royale" and I like so much the story between Bond and Vesper Lynd, so I have decided to watch also the movie where the girl died and I would like to know if Vesper Lynd will be present in the next books of Fleming like "Live and let die" like the spirit of revenge of Bond. Because if it is, i would like to read the sequel. Could you answer me ?

P.S.
Sorry for my horrible english but I started to study it only this year. (I'm not english :D)

No...not really...sorry...it's probably why he tries to keep women at arms length though....but he's not very good at that :))

Vesper really broke his heart but from the moment he uttered those words "The b*tch is dead...", she was not just physically dead but dead to him. He never looks back.

Though in the novel OHMSS Fleming wrote that James Bond always returned yearly to the French resort of Royale Les Eaux (setting of Casino Royale) in memory of her. While it's true that Bond quickly moved onto other romantic liaisons, averaging roughly one per novel (unlike his cinematic counterparts multiple conquests per movie) Vesper's betrayal and suicide certainly left their mark on Bond. As he said at the end of Casino Royale he was 'going to go after the hand that held the whip' meaning SMERSH the Russian orchestrator's of Vesper's corruption. So Bonds determination and drive in all subsequent books to battle and triumph over evil whether it be SMERSH, SPECTRE or any other crime syndicate or individual can be traced back to Vesper.

Isn't there a time when he hears La Vie En Rose on the radio and switches it off, what book was that in? DAF perhaps?

Yeah, it's all change for LALD with no real spirit of revenge except I think it's Smersh again, so Bond is after them, but Ms Lynde not mentioned specifically if I recall, it's more East V West.

Bond does grip the wheel of his car hard at one point in the LALD novel, at the thought of getting back at SMERSH - he had 'SH' carved into his hand in CR, so I think his torture at the hands of Le Chiffre is his main revenge motivation, not Vesper Lynd, although she does get mentions in DAF, GF and OHMSS at least.
