Highly unlikely to happen I know -or maybe there is going to be one -but its not been announced yet. But either way who thinks there should be? I myself would love to read a novelization of this tale. I think Silva's character would be a great villain to develop in a novel, and of course a little bit more time could be taken on what Bond does when he is out believed dead -prior to him coming in from the cold as it were.
Also as a side who would the author be of such a novelization?
I for one think that this is a great opportunity for Ian Fleming Publications to give us the fans of both the written Bond and the Cinematic Bond a really good addition to the Bond cannon. what do you all think?

Totally agree Purvis and Wade would be perfect -but if asked would they do it? I'm not sure. Still if they were asked - I'd hope they would do it. It would definitely be great to see it happen. I for one would have it on pre-order.
Maybe a fanfic version should be written. -{
I can't see Purvis & Wade doing it either....they are scriptwriters, not novelists...better at working out a framework for the story...not so good with actual dialogue...
Charlie Higson would have been a good choice for me -{
Totally agree about Higson. I just wish that IFP could broker a deal and make novelizations of the latest movies available -like back when both Gardener and Benson did movie novelizations.
Me too....especially when the source material is so good -{
Or so obscure as it is sometimes....
Obscure ? Really ? Drop me a PM with your thoughts, please....can't really post them here as they may contain spoilers...
