Logans closet and Dan the man

This has been my experience thus far.

I purchased two jackets originally from Logans Closet(Dan) in March this year, for a short film we were doing.
The turnaround time was about a month which is decent and the quality was terrific, the communications was good.

And then………


After that experience I decided to purchase an addition to jackets for myself. That is when everything went DOWNHILL.
in the beginning of MAY 2012 I purchased the other 2 jackets approximately $800 total. I still have NOT RECEIVED the jackets despite Dan re-assuring me months ago they were only a week away. Since then I have made several
Attempts to contact him via email and phone with no response. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

I hope no one else has had to deal with this in the past or will have to in the future.


He seems like a decent guy but this has gone on long enough.

Has anyone else had an order filled from him/them in the last 5 months?

I don't think you are the only one.

Have a look at the forum on filmjackets.com under vendor information, then standard traders. I think there is a topic on Logans Closet that might be worth looking at.

From what I've read he is completely swamped in orders and emails, and is not able catch up on either at present.
