Someone said he was stood outside the door in the coffin scene, I thought I saw him on the tube train, then I've heard he was cut completely due to running time.

Bit of a puzzle this.
Michael G Wilson is in the film. He gave away a bottle of champagne to a journalist who spotted him. Apparently, he is in the coffin scene behind Tanner, after he opens the door to call M.

It's true about where he can be seen in the film...I especially looked out for him after minigeff mentioned as to where he thought he was...sad git that I am )
Just a quick note on "There's a storm coming" line, which many are
putting down to TDKR, Although I remember it fron "The Terminator "
at the end of the Movie a small boy says it to Sarah Connor.
The line was doubtless filmed before TDKR even opened. It's an INSANELY overused line. I didn't like it being in the film.
I am not keen on that line being in the film either. No doubt that scene was filmed months before The Dark Knight Rises opened but I still think it is more than just a coincidence. The line featured in trailers for TDKR as early as December last year. Also, Sam Mendes has said he took inspiration from The Dark Knight.

"the old ways are the best" a bit like King's line in TWINE.
Gun pointed out, lots of dead work colleagues at beginning - DAD dream scene.
Much of it is derivative of TMWTGG and TWINE, so just not original really. The rest is derivative of non-Bonds: Die Hard With a Vengeance (Tube train smash, fear of something coming down a tunnel), Bourne Identity (holed up in farmhouse in climax) and a whole load of other stuff too tedious to mention.

I'm sure there are even earlier uses of it, Mabey in an old western.
It was also used in Star Bores; A rehashed Hope, where the old bint states to a toddler-like anakin that she can feel it in her boner or something and that "there's a storm coming Ani, better get home and hope some saville-like cradle snatcher princess turns up and jumps ya bones".
Something like that anyway, I wasn't really paying attention.
By the way, did anyone notice the homage to Laural and Hardy's 'The Music Box' in FYEO?
Could many of the running sequences in Bond have been
influenced by Forest Gump. )
I think with a series as Long as Bond, It's not so much an
Homage to other Movies But simply Bond is going to do
similar things. I'm sure in the future Bond will,..............
Have another fight on/in a train.
Get caught in a sticky situation by the villain.
Have a girlfriend killed.
Get a new Car, etc, etc , etc.
"I've been informed that there ARE a couple of QAnon supporters who are fairly regular posters in AJB."
Just realised, Die Hard with a Vengeance has a homage to LALD in it. A black character has a gun pointed at a white character, and there's a comment made about safety catches AND both scenes take place on a boat.
And that specsavers ad featuring postman pat is another obvious one, as Pat drives through the wall in his van, I couldn't help but make comparisons with brossa's driving skills in DAD.
Bond pursuing Silva, with both sliding down the shiny surface adjoining the escalator in the London Underground system = Bond sliding down the chute into Tanaka's office in YOLT.
Police fatalities in the pre-credits sequence (Patrice guns down the motorcyclists) >< the (probable) police fatalities during the QOS pre-credits car chase
"The scorpion! One of nature's finest killers, Mister Wint..." (DAF) returns to add menace when Bond takes a dare in the bar (SF).
Commander Bond's obituary ("You only LIVE twice, Mister Bond!")
The 'mirror and lights' effects as Bond stalks Patrice in the skyscraper remind me of Scaramanga's stalking in his 'Fun House' (TMWTGG)
Bond breaking into M's home to report to her (CR/SF)
At the climax of FYEO a small team led by Columbo and Bond mount a gadget-lite assault against the monastery where Kristatos is ensconsed (and Kristatos is killed by a knife thrown into his back) >< At the climax of SF, Bond, Kincade and M use old-fashioned methods to fend off a small-scale assault on Skyfall (and Silva is killed in a chapel by a knife thrown into his back).
Stacey Sutton's shotgun with a hunting barrel (loaded with rock salt cartridges) (AVTAK) >< Kincade's / Andrew Bond's hunting shotguns (put to deadlier use) (SF)
Bond's garish waterbound approach to the floating casino in SF puts me in mind of the deleted DAF Vegas scene in which Bond and Plenty dine while a kitsch harp player in an angel costume boats past them
Critics and material I don't need. I haven't changed my act in 53 years.

I heard that it was removed due to duration/length of the film. This could be wrong though

I don't know if Sam Mendes had a chat with Christopher Nolan but he was certainly influenced.

Bond 'losing his grip' and letting 006 fall to his death. (Goldeneye).
Possibly scraping the barrell but oh well! )
When bond says "That's putting it mildly".
Possibly a nod to Q's line in FYEO "That's putting it mildly 007"
