I may be stretching this a bit. But in the PTS to SF, when Bond is chasing Patrice on the motorbike, they mention a Bazaar. This could be a subtle nod to TND PTS, which takes place at a Bazaar.
Some people would complain even if you hang them with a new rope
Does anyone know which DB5 Bond drives?
Because the car he won in CR was left-hand drive and probably not full of Q branch modifications(ejector seat, machine guns etc), and GF car shouldn't really exist in the reboot given that this Bond was too young to drive in '64.

I haven't gone back to check but I believe the Stag nod to Thunderball is from the opening scene where Bond gets into the fight with the "widow." I think he stag appears outside of that building....maybe just before he takes off in the jetpack. Not sure but that's my guess.

I think this was a bit of a willing in-continuity. The filmmakers know the last time we saw the DB5 was in CR, but they were betting that most didn't notice it was right-hand drive. There are still a few DB5's in England, maybe he traded it for a left hand or had Aston Workshop do a conversion Maybe he had Q branch add the machine guns and ejector seat as soon as he got it back to England and they though it wouldn't be too much trouble to covert it to left-hand drive.
The line was doubtless filmed before TDKR even opened. It's an INSANELY overused line. I didn't like it being in the film.
Just saw the movie today, and actually I took the line literally meaning that there was a storm rolling in. Bond grew up there and is well aware of the weather patterns. He could probably tell that it was going to be storming soon. Plus, in my opinion, the estate is named Skyfall because maybe they get a lot of rain there. Just random thoughts as I watched the movie...

The Stag does appear in the PTS of Thunderball. Bond flies over it as he makes his escape in the jetpack.

The destrucrion of the DB5 could be a nod to the destruction of the lotus in FYEO .
Thought Daniel Kleinman during the titles could of only had One stag outside Skyfall
rather than the two.
But that's me being VERY picky. )
Well, it seems that most of Bond's cars get destroyed - especially in the Craig era. He's lost two Aston Martins already. It's like part of the formula has to be "Bond girls get killed (except Moneypenny) and Bond's car blows up."
Sad to see a multi-million pound DB5 blow, though. (I know they used a miniature superimposed over a Porsche 928).
My smilie face after The car comment must of gone unnoticed )
Most of these Nods to the past are very speculative at best.
After so mant Movies similar things are goint to happen. The next
Bike chase, Is it a nod to the past? or have they just come up with
some great new stunt.
Can't destroy enough DB5s puts up the price of my own. )

I think most of the perceived nods are actually signs of the abject failure to do something original.
As much as I love SF.... I think you're right
Nah, you both need slapping with a herring.
The homages in SF are us speculating, I don't think EoN have even stated there are any homages in there.
For me, the homages in SF are how things should have been in DAD, as with DAD the producers made a big deal of the homages, even putting the special option of the DVD for info to come on screen when an homage took place. SF has been done much more subtly.
Bond climbing up the lift shaft is an Obvious nod to AVTAK but lacks
some of the tension by not having someone screaming "James " every
five seconds. )

She (M) returns to her Knightsbridge home to find Bond miraculously alive, and drawn back to service by the call of duty. Her house is 82 Cadogan Square, SW1, at Clabon Mews, between Knightsbridge and Sloane Square. The film sneaks in a tribute to the man responsible for so many classic Bond themes – this was the home of composer John Barry, who died in 2011.
Now during SF court scene, M speaks about her late husband....Was she married to John Barry

John Barry actually lived at 69 Cadogan Square, though!
Watched it last night for the first time and one little thing reminded me of LTK. When Bond lights the lodge, blowing up the helicopter, then he runs down the secret passage way to the chapel. When the house blows up a huge fireball flies through the tunnel and Bond jumps to the right and quickly hides behind a rock. This reminded me of the scene at the end of LTK when Bond kills Sanchez and quickly hides behind a rock when it blows up. What do you guys think?

The Scotch that 007 and Silva drink is clearly labelled 1962 and Silva mentions 50 years!
(Hope that's not too much of a spolier)

I think it's essentially The Dark Knight with lots of Bond bits thrown in, but still very well executed.
