Collar on QoS Tom Ford shirt

I'm trying to get some custom shirts made similar to the Tom Ford shirts DC wears in QoS, and I was looking to get them from Modern Tailor, as it gets fairly good reviews. They have a good assortment of collar options, including tab collars, but for their "Cutaway" collars, which are the closest to the Tom Ford QoS semi spread, they offer three options, small, medium, and large.

I initially assumed that the large cutaway would be the closest, as I the Tom Ford shirt collars from QoS seemed much bigger than the standard shirts I see in departments stores, but I am not at all sure.

I would love any advice from the plethora of experts in this forum regarding which collar I should go with. Also, for those of you who have purchased the Tom Ford shirt, if you could, perhaps, post the lengths of the collar point and the back height, that would also be appreciated.

Thank you all in advance.

I've have a large cutaway collar from them. The front of the collar band is too tall and the end of the collar band needs to curve. It's straight with a corner, and it looks bad unbuttoned. When worn with a tie the top of the band shows unless you have a very thick tie and use an obnoxious windsor knot. But sure to provide a picture of the Tom Ford collar and point out to them what I mentioned. Also, their standard interfacing is very stiff. Since they fuse and don't sew, ask for a softer interfacing they have for both the collar and cuffs. A make sure you get the removable collar stays.

Is this a modification of the large cut away, the medium cutaway, or something else entirely?

Since I have only the large cutaway, that's what my modifications are based on. But the medium might be a better match for the Quantum of Solace shirt. The collar band on that one should be the right height, but be sure to have them round the corner. And have it rounded a lot. A lot of online shirtmakers love corners and straight lines. They look bad, don't wear well and don't function well.
