spoiler tags

hey, can anyone enlighten me, as to how to add a spoiler tag to a post and how to remove it from others' posts, so that I can actually read them? i tried looking on the site, but can't find any instructions. ?:)
help will be much appreciated

It's simple pal;

[ spoiler] your message here [ /spoiler]

(You'll need to loose the spaces between the [ and the s and / though)

To remove the tag from other posts all you have to do is highlight the black box. On my laptop, i push down the trackpad (It's a Mac Book pro) and drag the cursor.
