Bond, in his end of days....

Do you see Bond dying alone, from cancer or liver failure?
Or in old age, with a lady his equal like Pam Bouvier or Wai Lin at his side to be with?

Dalton & Connery rule. Brozz was cool.

I sort of have one in mind for Craig's Bond as an epilogue to his last film or something.
I imagine Bond will be ancient, with a home isolated in the countryside. He goes in to London for a day alone, sits on a bench across the water from MI6 and watches for a while, seemingly peaceful on the slightly overcast, cool day. We don't see the rest of his activities that day, but we assume he goes about to a few more places for some walking. He returns home in the afternoon, takes a look at his old tools of his trade (perhaps a beautiful lady is walking around the house, but it seemingly isn't a wife or someone who's been around more than several years). He's clearly tired as he moves, but not grumpy.
As the day hints at ending, we see a quick few shots showing him driving out on roads of the countryside and finally making his way along the coast alone. A bird's-eye shot of the drive from directly overhead follows him as he clearly is going for a ride over the speed limit on the empty cliffside roads.
We are too far away to hear much more than a perfect breeze by the ocean. The camera stays perfectly fixed over the car as it makes turns along the curves of the cliffside road. As another turn approaches ahead of the car from the top of the camera frame, it doesn't turn and moves straight through the railing and into the ocean with a hard, silent splash. The camera doesn't skip a beat and follows the implied line of the car's turn-less last direction and we simply see endless ocean as the credits roll in white text over the ocean background and we smoothly lose sight of land and road for a simple bird's-eye view of water passing underneath. Not a suicide or an accident, but all a matter of time.
Without the familiar "James Bond will return," at the end, we are perhaps left with no message at all.
Or maybe he'll die in some more eventful way on business. I'd love to hear from others.

-Casino Royale, Ian Fleming
Probably could of been a great role for George Lazenby back in the 80's when he was trying to cash in on the Bond fame.
