Bond Bread

Bond , Bond Bread......

Enterprising bakery collectables - since the 1930's Bond bread had produced trading cards, pin badges, blotters - anything to keep you buying their bread. 1.6 million loaves a day at their height!

by the 1960's the company was slowing down and one of the very last hooks they used was the james Bond series of bread end labels. Basically this was a sticker that kept the packaging closed. The Bond ones were from Dr No to Goldfinger with a couple of preview Thunderball shots thrown in. As a bonus kids could send away for a card attache case which when they could stick all the cards into, its also a game. THey also produced a card gun but this was not James Bond licenced.
