    If you watch LTK again, you'll see that it is Della who can't keep her ****-teasing hands off Bond. One minute she's kissing him, next she's cutting in when he's dancing with a young bit of stuff, then she's telling him "WE love you", and finally she shows him a bit of leg before he drives off alone for a night in a hotel room. If you ask me, 'dirty Della' had it coming and did you notice Felix didn't look too upset to see her gone at the end of the film! :))
