Nippon Relaxation Spa from AVTAK

I feel a bit odd as a Bay Area native and Bond aficionado for the past 8 years asking this but does anyone know where the Nippon Relaxation Spa is located where Bond took Pola Ivanova to in AVTAK? I still watch the movie on VHS and using the archaic rewind feature, I have only been able to spot the street number 1711 next to the spa. Was this an actual spa in San Francisco or located on set in a different locale? And if in SF, is it still there today?

I know the interior was a set as I remember seeing the hottub that was used on
    sale a few years ago.

Did a little searching. In the background is a restaurant named Miyako. Typed into google and it shows Miyako being on Buchanan Street. Problem though is there's no 1711, Buchanan street. Google street view also doesn't give a good shot because that part of Buchanan is closed to street traffic. I don't see a spa. Looks like a court yard shopping area. Miyakos address though is 1707 Buchanan street. Hope this helps some.
Some people would complain even if you hang them with a new rope
