Stop wasting your money on Omegas and buy the watch, that 007 should still be wearing:

    Rolex Submariner C

Cos for what it is, it's over priced. You could get a speedmaster with way more functionality for way less money.

I think it's one of those items where the price has been raised purely for the bond connection.

Rolex is nice, but Omega will remain the choice for 007.
    Shocking...

    Really?
Or is it just because Omega pays Eon to "choose " their watch? ;)

I would buy the standard Seamaster Professional rather than the Bond limited edition

If I had money, that is
    I must be dreaming

true that... however Omega is the better timepiece , Rolex is the better watch at retained value and liquidity. Omega is just as old of a brand like Rolex is, Just doesn't get the overall love Rolex does. Nothing wrong with an Omega though

What is so different about the Skyfall PO than the QoS PO that justifies such a high price increase? The PO in 2008 was £1850. To buy one today is £4420. :o

The SF PO has the new movement and there have been several price hikes since QoS ;)

i agree, i just bought an Omega Planet Ocean, same model Bond wore in QoS and i love every bit of detail it has on it, i dont need a special edition Omega to tell me that this is a Bond related item, the actual watch Bond wore is sufficient for me. :D
