It is a standard gift set that can be customised with a company name or brand name. The only thing adding value to the set you're inquiring about is the Omega Limited Edition sign, but I cannot guarantee it was actually released by Omega.
Because of that, each set is worth whatever you're willing to pay for it, providing you find another one.
What really puzzles me - or actually makes me suspicious - is that 700 of these are supposed to be released according to the label on it. Any experienced seller knows Omega 007 goodies are as good as money in the bank, so how come none of the remaining 699 is on eBay?
