Famous Authors writing a Bond Story

Thought this would be fun. Members bring up authors that they're reading or like to read and we discuss how the author would fair writing Bond novel.
For me, James Patterson could go very well. I can picture his Bond to have the struggles of Flemings Bond. He may write differently to him, but like Cross and Michael Bennet, Bond would have woman trouble, drink problems, addiction and anger towards authority. I also think his villain would be great and we would see M and the whole MI6 crew a lot, perhaps but I also feel that Patterson could rush the novel, or be a Co author.

I have always wondered what a Frederick Forsyth Bond would be like.

I reckon his one would be good with Bond working alot of stuff out don't you think, instead of luck and woman. Lee Childs Bond would be a LALD Bond by himself trust no one adventure.
