Which Bond Girl did James Bond care about the least?

It's really a hard question since Bond Girls only appear in one movie each and we don't get any followup on their story/life. Sure, in some cases (Tracy, Vesper) it isn't possible, except some followup-input from Bond himself.

But Which Bond Girl did James Bond care about the least according to you?

I would say... maybe... Sévérine (SF)?
I felt no emotion or reaction after the scene at Silva's Island. Even if he promised to save her, it felt emotionless and like he was using her only so he could meet Silva.

Severine's character was a disappointment. They built up her backstory as if she would be a crucial part of the film and then killed her off shortly afterwards! I'm not sure if she would even count as an official "Bond Girl" (Is Skyfall the first without one?)

Anyway, Jinx from Die Another Day gets my vote. There was no depth to her character at all. Her dialogs with Pierce were all innuendo and puns. They didn't even have one meaningful conversation. I was rooting for Miranda Frost in their final showdown.

The two japanese girls in YOLT didn't leave much of an impression on me. One died, so he married the other one. They both looked identical.

Mary Goodnight in TMWTGG just because she was a dingbat.

I'd say they would have to be Plenty O'Toole in DAF and Rosie Carver in LALD.

I'd say Aki from You Only Live Twice. She saves Bond's life multiple times, they hook up, she accidentally gets poisoned because she chose to sleep in James Bond's bed. His grieving included a slightly bewildered look and ninja training.

I'll go for Severine. Knowing about her past as a sexual slave and her fear for Silva, he then lets her be shot without doing anything, just like that.

I think those were different cases since Bond knew these women were evil, so it seems logical he didn't care for them. Sévérine is a different case, since she wasn't bad. Maybe she was an accomplice of Patrice by killing the Chinese target, but she had no way out, she was a "prisoner" of Silva. That's why it feels way worse that Bond just let her get the shot without doing anything.
