He already said "taking orders" 8500 pounds. May the force be with you

And no doubt the Aston Martin lawyers will be with you !

Please do NOT offer to sell these on AJB - and AJB takes a very dim view of copyright theft !

If you offer them again on AJB I will have to delete this thread and ban you.

and there lies the problem of today's replica and kit car market.

back in days of yore, the idea was to make the unobtainable affordable. these days you can buy 3 decent 'off the shelf' second hand cars for the cost of a replica cobra. things like the dax tojero or gardner douglas 427 can easy fetch £30-50.

so even the poor man's replica DB5 will invariably be another rich man's toy. and I don't have issue with that, i just wish the replica car market could return to a more affordable format.

the other issue is how happy aston are with this.

before anyone addresses that point, google what happened to the guy who was building himself a mercedes 300sl gullwing replica.... it's not a happy tale :#

There's no law in building one car. And it's 2017, nothing is cheap anymore. It cost way more then 100,000us to build this. And if everyone could afford one, they wouldn't be special. My friend bought his in 1994 for $30,000can. Mercedes gullwing is also under a "art law" many of these laws had to be done before. Did Porsche shut down speedster replicas? Spyder replicas? Why didn't AC cobra stop Cobra replicas? GT40? Just don't build a piece of junk, that makes the brand look bad. Have you seen the guy building the Ferrari GTO in NZ? Anyways. My job is done here. On to the next project.

It's not hard to sell bodies or build junk, if this company even exists
