Does anyone know what the colour scheme actually was? Was it just olive drab or did it have black camouflage in it like the pic enclosed? Just cant tell from the film even in hd the exact colours?
From what I can recall CJ (parp), the tiger was black, featured the blue eurocopter logo on the side and the nose wasn't a duck-billed platypus version you seem to have in your hand there.
The real version has a 4 bladed rotor and the scale miniature had only 2.
As mentioned above, it seems to have been painted flat black. The production Tiger UHT, like the Bundeswehr example you've got there, also seems to differ minutely from the prototype in other ways, such as sensor layout/type, notably with the MLWS fairings on the nose and the chin sensor. -{
I'm alright having 4 props on my tiger as thats what its suppose to have. Gave up trying to track that exact model down as the only one available that i've seen is the one i've got. Except its the 2006 version with german flags and balkin crosses all over it. I think i'm right in saying in the film its the french that are promoting it as there flagship battle helicopter? Any ideas where to get those transfers from to suite a 1:72nd scale model?
I would Andy believe me but i only have inkjet printer where that paper won't work. And i don't quite posess the skills that you have for scaling down and making cool decals.
try hannants CJ (parp), they have a good range of kit upgrades. dunno if they do anything for the eurocopter but its worth a try. i coulda sworn i'd seen a GE eurocopter model somewhere before...
