The rifle Bond gets from one of the perpetrators is a Sig 716 SBR with an Eotech red dot and backup iron sights in HK style. The rifle is of course a select fire and chambered in 7.62 NATO. It is also a 12.5" barrel which means its a CQB. Makes perfect sense since you need maneuverability in an operation.
I took stills from the movie and compared it one. Its correct even down to the select fire mechanism. There is also one very quick shot from the right where you can see the bolt and carrier and matches that of the 716. A third confirmation is the muzzle brake. The chamber cover also confirms this. A close second is the HK 417 but the front sight on it is gas block mounted, whereas the one on the film is mounted on the rails.
You can see the rifle when he looks to the propane tanks in the background, when the helo is shooting the manor down. A very good view is also available when Bond shoots the rifle from the bad guy's hand on the lake as they fall into it.
Also compared several sidearms to compare it against the one Silva uses at the end and it looks 90% like an HK USP, the odd thing is the front sight, which is triangular in the movie. In real life that makes no sense as all, but I was unable to get clear stills of the slide release. The safety is always covered by the hand in the movie (and in real life) so couldn't use that to compare either. Hopefully when the BD comes out, I'll be able to confirm.
I am waiting word from John Fox, the prop master from SF, but only been getting replies from his camp. Of course the firearms are modified and make it impossible to accept live ammo so there are some physical modifications made, but I'm certain of the rifle at least.
And of course the PPK/S in blue finish. Personally I like the P99 better, the PPK is way too heavy.
Thought this would appeal to firearm enthusiasts.

Hi
That triangular frontsight would make it a Steyr M-A1 http://www.steyr-mannlicher.com/behoerdenwaffen/steyr-pistols/
Here is a review of the 9mmpb caliber version and a pretty good shot of the sighting system:
