Pretty good list! For me, Red Grant is number 2 behind Oddjob, followed by Jaws. I'd also switch Dario and Renard, mostly because I don't think Renard's quirk (being impervious to pain) was utilized well in TWINE. Other than that, I have no quibbles with your choices.

I considered putting Irma Bunt on my list, but not sure if she really classes as a henchman/henchwoman?

Not really sure, she was just more of an intimidating minor villain I think. I was never to fond of that character myself, I didnt think she impacted much on the film as a whole

I was about to put down Xenia Onatopp at #5 when it occurred to me that all these henchmen were featured in the Nintendo 64 Goldeneye game. (a huge part of me becoming a Bond fan) So either that subconsciously influenced my decision, or their presence in the game was a well-deserved tribute to being the finest baddies in the series.

I had a dream about Jaws last night, he was in a deleted scene. I was stood in an alley, plaster started crumbling on the white all behind, then 7ft Jaws - or Richard Kiel - burst through like a mummy bursting from an upright tomb and walked towards me. Then said a friendly hello, and went on his way.
