Found a very interesting article on this one from 007 Forever - two actually - both written by Nick Kincaid in 1999-2001 period. Sadly the Cinescape site is no more...boo hoo!

Must be the only thing that's interesting found on this book...apart from the aforementioned price of a first edition hardback copy !
