If it was up to you to place Bond in your choice of 3 locations for clothing purposes
for the next Bond film ,where and why ?
(1) Rome ,Bond in good tailord suits,
(2) Toronto ,Bond in casual urban/outdoor clothing
(3) Montego bay,we just love those CR type shirts

By the way, did I tell you, I was "Mad"?

1) Jamaica- it's just a natural for Bond
2) South Africa- I don't think he's been there yet
3) Spain - just because
Bond should explore a glacier. Perhaps a supercomputer is hidden under it? The glacier would both cool it for free and hide it from satelites with thermal cameras. Bond could also have a fight using ice picks. This glacier is in Alaska. It looks both very Bondian (something Ken Adam would like) and at the same time completely new to the series.
If it's like the Octopussy book story-there may be a dead body or two? (My speculation.)
Bleuville.
Australia
-Casino Royale, Ian Fleming
Next up Washington DC. Ive been and it's a strange city, the seat of American power so close to such poverty and dereliction. And I thought it worked in Solo. He would be suited here.
I'm torn between a snow-scape and skiing or the caribean for my final choice

NZ not only has insane mountain ranges, like the Central Plateau, but also Boiling Mud Pools (characters death perhaps?), and an unforgiving landscape.
If you want to see Bond, against physical challenge of tramping, tracking a villain across bushes, Nee Zealand is the place to do it.
Also, Queenstown, Otago, may be a brilliant Bond location, with its casino's, Ski Resort and lovely scenery.
When you live in this country, you do feel like you Are on the edge of the world.
Ignoring all the Sheep Shaggin Sterotypes, (I always thought that was the Welsh who did that?)

Tracking villains across bushes is more like Rambo or more gritty action films - Bond belongs at bars, restaurants, casinos, beaches.
I also think that locations in NZ that may suit Bond would be closer to Scotland - something already done in Skyfall.
"Better make that two."
Little bias.
Nothing wrong with shaping it up a bit. I mean, a lot of Dr No is Bond in an island, using his wits.
They could do like an Oceanic Bond Film. With Bond following a villain from the Desert outback of Australia, to a crocodile infested river in Darwin, to snow in Queenstown, and a Huge Mansion in New Zealand. Casino in Wellington? Hot pools in Roturua?

- The Catacombs, Paris - maybe a foot chase scene leading into here
- The salt pains in Botswana - there are lttle Islands in this, maybe a villain lair on one of them
- Euro tunnel shuttle - maybe for a good fight scene in between the cars on the train
- American Boardwalk park - again another setting for a good fight scene
I think the first three are excellent ideas. The fourth I've seen done in American film.
I do think one should be done in Africa..
Wouldn't that be very similar to the raid on the Monsoon Palace, just on a larger scale?
For which see John Gardner's Death is Forever (1992) of course.
