From Russia with Love ending

Having just finished reading From Russia with Love (Best Bond Novel so far) and it ending with Bond get Poisoned and collapsing, it made me that they should of ended the Film the same way too. The Pre- Title Sequence to Goldfinger could of been Bond recovering in Hospital.
