It's a legal loophole?

What about it is a legal loophole? Netflix just paid for streaming rights, I assume. Epix owns the HD broadcast rights in the US, so I think they bought the rights through them, which is totally legal.

How would it be a Legal Loophole?

Correct, it is on Amazon Prime, too. -{ Thanks. I had glanced at the listing once on Amazon and didn't realize it was on the Prime listings as well.
Glad I bought it now )
*Spoiler Alert*
It was okay...but for an "untold story" i didn't really learn anything new. Pretty much all that information can be found in John Cork's James Bond Legacy book. Although it was interesting to see video footage of events I had previously only read about.
The scope of the film was too large...they really went for "everything or nothing" but at only 1.5 hours it was much too short. A running time of 6 hours would have been more appropriate. (for me anyway!)
Much of the film was about Kevin McClory's legal disputes and the rise and fall of the Saltzman & Cubby partnership.
Which to be honest is a little boring for all but the diehard Bond fans. I don't see why they devoted so much time to McClory...maybe if the documentary strictly was about the 1983 Battle of the Bonds.
Opening the film with a mini-biopic about Ian Fleming almost made me reach for the FastForward button. Booooring.
Nothing I haven't seen before on the special features of the ultimate edition DVDs.
The editing was great. I enjoyed how they re-edited scenes from the movies to fit the narrative of the real life behind-the-scenes events that were taking place. (again, mostly legal disputes)
The interviews were interesting. We even got Bill Clinton sharing his thoughts on Pierce Brosnan!
Seeing Pierce laughing at the ice-surfing scene was funny, but also kind of sad. I wish he could have redeemed himself with one more film. Even Miranda Frost was ragging on Die Another Day saying the invisible car was dumb.
Roger's reflection on pushing the thai-boy into the river was funny. He was just aghast as doing such a thing. (as the UNICEF ambassador)
It was kind of weird how they skipped over certain films. For example, they kind of implied TMWTGG was the first Roger Moore film. Then skipped Living Daylights and only showed clips of License to Kill for the Dalton era. Meanwhile George Lazenby has waaaay too much screen time rambling on about his short lived tenure as Bond. Basically the second half of the film felt rushed as they raced towards the finish line. Besides, how can Everything or Nothing be considered a definitive Bond documentary without any mention of Q or Moneypenny?
I still prefer the James Bond Story DVD from 1999 which was better organized and featured the gadgets, cars, characters, Bond girls, etc

I think it gave a very good overview of the series to a casual fan, and even die hard fans like me
I do think they are trying to tell a story, produce a narrative here so that means having McClory as the villain of the piece, and Connery also cast in a bad light.
