OCTOPUSSY Faberge egg

Hello gents,
after all these Skyfall clothing threads, I thought, that I'd post a bit abbout replica here to get back to AJB's roots
Some of you know, that I am working now for the 5th (!!) year on my Octopussy egg replica.
We have currently stopped the making as we can't get further with the coach.
Here is the coach from the prop egg:
and here is the one, which my silversmith has casted from a miniature of the 1953 coronation coach:
Obviously the coach is off-scale compared to the prop (too large) and inaccurate in details (roof, wheels etc.).
The coronation coach looked like that in nature:
Now my question to the experts: Do you know a model of the coronation coach, which is similar to the one from the prop egg?
Does someone know the overall length of the original coronation coach - so that we can calculate down the scale?
The overall length of the model coach should be 40-42 mm, longer coaches won't fit into the egg shells.
Is there anyone who's registered on RPF and may post the question there as well?
Thanks for your help guys.

beautiful, my daughters would love that
But seriously if we have the spec size we easily recreate it digitally based on pictures and have it printed in metal which can later be gold plated.
Who can resist SKYFALL blue matching my OB Setter
Hey bond toys..
Heres the info on coach dimensions...

Hello Kan,
thanks for your input.
Would you be able to do something based on the 1st pic and a size in mm that I would provide you?
Thanks
M.

Hello Kan,
thanks for your input. We are doing still some research on the optimal coach size and as soon as I know something, I'll let you know.
Christof also offered me his help, so I am positive that we can solve this in a perfect way.
Thanks again guys!

It's been like that for over a year as we are still woring on the right size of the coach. Btw thanks for offering me help Kan and Christof - Christof as soon as I have the correct size for the coach, I'll get back to you.
Teppo: My account has been hacked and some blind Dalton fan (god knows who he is - he must be the only one in the world ) put that.
I have modified it a little in the meantime to fit to my taste

It gives you credit, that while you are not able to produce work of art :v ( particularly not a MR cam ) you are at least able to identify it

EF-EE rumoured to be about to think about announcing that they are laying an exact working copy of the octopussy fablousjay egg complete with real live horses (6 of them) inside and a jewel on the crown.
Estimates of cost range from $100 to $299.99999 and postage is expected to be free

Gotta edit this post as I truly hope that we'll all see the finished coronation egg - i think it's one of the "Bond Prop"- Holy Grails and knowing who's behind it, I can only expect more than awesome -{

I had to sack the entire project because of inaccuracies re. the proportions of the 2 egg halves and the coach.
I will start all over from scratch soon - watch this place.
If anyone is interested in the eggs like from the pics for a VERY low price please get in touch with me in the next days.
Thanks for your supports guys
