Two Bondian thoughts about Ferry…

1. I think he would be a great choice for a Bond theme song.

2. When he was younger, Ferry actually looked quite a bit like how I imagined Bond when I read Fleming's novels. Notice, for example, the thick black comma of hair.

    That would be a nice throwback to the Duran-Duran and a-Ha Bond themes. He's capable of some haunting and edgy tunes that would fit in a Bond film. I'm a casual fan and got to watch him in concert a few years ago in San Francisco and it was just a little depressing to see how people from my generation look with a few decades removed from the 80's, complete with retro fashion and dance moves to match! BF actually reminds me of Tim Roth though I vaguely remember him in a tuxedo during one act, with two fashion model type girls that were more like ornaments than back-up singers (there were two black women "power-singers" for that in the band, very 80-ish)
