Can sb explain how that works with authors rihts in Bond novels...? I mean - who has the right to the 007 character, can anyone write Bond novel and publish it or do the person have to have a licence or smth like that?

    The rights to the published Bond character belong to Ian Fleming Publications....you will not be allowed to publish a Bond novel without express permission from them.
